Full Stack Web Developer

You will be using provided designs to build headless WordPress sites with ES6+, React / GatsbyJS and GraphQL.

This job also involves maintaining older WordPress sites but the bulk of the work coming in is new.

If most of your work was done using multipurpose WordPress themes, page builders, or other pre built templates, we’re sorry this job is not for you!

All requirements are based on 1+ years of development experience.

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• A good understanding of React.
• A basic understanding of PHP.
• CSS chops. You should have most CSS properties memorized.
• Experience developing and/or maintaining custom themes in WordPress using Advanced Custom Fields.
• Cross browser responsive development experience.
• A good creative design sense (You won’t do any designs, but your work should look like the mockup).
• Basic Git experience via GUI or terminal.
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot problems.
• Ability to read documentation.
• Clear communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences.

 

VERY NICE TO HAVES BUT NOT 100% NECESSARY

• Experience with GatsbyJS.
• Experience in GraphQL.
• SEO knowledge.
